Who I Am.  

I've spent 25+ years researching and advising leadership collectives across Fortune 500s / nonprofits / global organizations. My book, Flourishing Together: What Actually Drives Breakthrough?, distills this work into five causal forces that determine what your teams and collectives can achieve.

This assessment is my way of sharing what I've learned. Too many leadership teams plateau without understanding the invisible dynamics holding them back. I built this tool to help leaders see what they often don’t see on their own.
